Shipping & Returns

We ship using US Postal Service. When checking out, please fill in your complete home address to make shipping as easy as possible. The customer's location, package weight/dimensions, and mail service (ground advantage or priority mail) determines shipping prices.

After placing an order, it will take approximately either 7-9 business days or 4-7 if using priority mail. Please keep in mind that these are estimates. Orders are not shipped on holidays and multiple orders to different locations should be shipped separately. We are based in the United States and do not ship internationally. 

Unfortunately, we do not take returns or exchanges. Because the customer's purchase includes a second package donated to a woman in need, we feel it is unethical to take back the donation. Therefore, once an item is purchased, we cannot provide refunds. That said, if a package is lost or damaged, we will reimburse the cost of the order, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
